Woodlawn is Ricky Evans of Two Tonne Tasmania and Havilah's Single Vineyard wines. Selecting the best single sites he has access to and careful planning, dedication and 10 years of work in the vineyard has culminated in the release of these wines. This site produces a fuller style of Chardonnay rich and flavourful. Embracing the rich fruit, the wine was matured on lees in oak until early 2023 when it was moved to tank to further mature on lees and then bottle matured for a further 12 months. This labour of love has created a wine that is rich flavourful and full of buttery character.
