Paralian winemakers Charlie Seppelt and Skye Salter focused on preserving the freshness of the fruit and of the McLaren Vale vineyard it was sourced from in this bright Fiano.

On the nose, the Lacey Vineyard Fiano is all tangy sherbet and crisp pear. These bright aromas carry into the palate, with forward tart, green fruit flavours and a touch of lemon zest. This is complimented by just a hint of baking spice. Crunchy and brightly acidic, this is an excellent textural warm-weather drop.
