Winemaker Ox Hardy demonstrates both his love of the Adelaide Hills and his love of Chardonnay, with delicate oak adding subtleness to a vibrant palate. Fruits sourced from three vineyards in Lobethal, Balhannah and Piccadily were crushed, pressed, then transferred to oak for 100% barrel fermentation. Stone fruits stretch across both nose and palate, with grapefruit and spice adding depth to texture.
