Produced by Emily Laughton, daughter of the highly-esteemed Jasper Hill family, Occam's Razor was her chance to branch out and develop her own label, taking all that she'd learnt through childhood growing up on a vineyard with her.

With luscious, chocolatey notes, this Shiraz is ideal for cellaring - although when you know it's this good, rest assured that it's great for drinking right now, too.
