This fascinating light red has, somewhat unconventionally, utilised some white grapes to maximise its juiciness. Comprised of 30% Syrah, 15% Pinot Noir, 15% Barbera, and 30% Pinot Gris, it's undoubtedly a quirky blend but its balance and tremendous drinkability cannot be denied. This a great wine to throw in the fridge and drink chilled but it's just as delicious at an ambient temperature. Pour a glass of this and take your palate on a journey that is earthy, spicy, textural, and laden with plump, bright berries.
