This Clare Valley Shiraz was made to be as delicious as possible and enjoyed immediately. Rich fruit notes of blueberry, black cherry and plum mingle with liquorice, leather and mint chocolate biscuits. The use of seasoned French oak barrels has also added a touch of vanilla and pepper. It's a rich, opulent wine that finishes long and with chewy tannins. If you like your Shiraz elegant but full of flavour, this one's for you.
