Delivery to most of Australia is made within one to two weeks of ordering. If delivery is likely to be completed outside of this timeframe you will notified prior to shipping.
Wine Republic offers Standard National Delivery
Standard National Delivery is available for most areas of mainland Australia (including Tasmania), but it excludes delivery to some remote regions, and also areas where the sale of alcohol is prohibited.
* Free delivery is offered to most of Australia, but excludes some areas where the courier charges are just too high for us to support this offer.
Checking your order status
Once you've finished browsing our website and have placed an order, you will be emailed a confirmation with your Order Number. If you have an account on our website, you can use this number to access your order status by visiting winerepublic.com.au and signing in to your account. Alternatively if you want more information on your order, please give us a call or send us an email.
Tracking Delivery – Standard National Delivery
Deliveries via Standard National Delivery are typically made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), during business hours.The process for dealing with delivery when no one is home varies depending on the circumstances. Please get in contact with us by emailing info@winerepublic.com.au if there's an issue.
Delivery to PO Box
Unfortunately at this point in time Wine Republic cannot offer delivery to a P.O. Box under any circumstances.
Ordering online for store pick-up
At this stage, Wine Republic does not offer the service to organise orders for pick up from our stores. However, if you want to visit in person we strongly suggest you come on by and say Hi to our friendly and helpful team who can help you find some great products in-store.
Delivery time requirements
Unfortunately, you cannot select a specific delivery time.
All orders are final
All orders using the Wine Republic website checkout are final. We do not accept any liability or provide any reimbursement for selecting the wrong product while using the website. All of our products are great but please choose carefully to ensure your personal tastes are being met.
Corked wine
At Wine Republic, we care about providing you with quality products that are without fault and defect. If you feel that your purchase has been 'corked', oxidised or is otherwise faulty, we are more than happy to provide you with a refund or replacement. If you wish to return a defective product, we require that you undertake our returns process, which includes making an arrangement to have the products returned to Wine Republic. This process will depend on the type of fault and product you ordered. Please contact info@winerepublic.com.au detailing the type of fault or defect for further information and we will take things from there. Please note that bottles with less than three-quarters of the contents remaining when returned don't qualify for a refund.
Incorrect orders
If the product you receive is not the product that you actually ordered, we are more than happy to refund your purchase or resend you the correct product. All that we require is that you present your incorrect delivery and your email confirmation (containing the information of your correct order) by contacting info@winerepublic.com.au. You then receive detailed information regarding your refund or replacement.
Broken bottles
At Wine Republic, our bottles go through a thorough a vigorous vetting system to check that they are in a commercially acceptable condition when we send them to you. If you receive bottles that are broken, the relevant delivery service will need to be contacted in order to receive reimbursement. Our national courier, Fastway, offers a great insurance service that will cover you if your package becomes damaged whilst in transit on the Fastway network. Damaged packaging
All attempts will be made to ship items in original packaging. There may be instances where packaging becomes marked or slightly damaged in transit. Don't stress, this won't impact the quality or taste of your order.
