Purchased in 1992 by the dedicated wife and husband team, Isabelle Guiller and Henri Montabonnet, this vineyard is a true labor of love. Isabelle had long envisioned restoring this abandoned site, despite the formidable challenges posed by collapsed stone retaining walls and overgrown hillsides.

Nestled on narrow terraces and steep slopes, Domaine Clos de la Bonnette remains unsuitable for mechanical harvesters, tractors, or even horses, demanding that every task be performed by hand. This attention to detail and commitment to sustainability shine through in every bottle.

Delight in a dark red wine with purple reflections and an intense, powerful nose. The spicy aromas of white pepper mingle with hints of raspberry. On the palate, experience the fine and intense flavors of strawberries, blackcurrant, and blackberry, accented by notes of spices. The powerful and silky tannins offer long persistence with a finish of spices and red fruits.
