Wine made from two picks in mid March at the Goona Warra vineyard in Sunbury. 25% of first pick was placed at the bottom of the fermenters, the rest destemmed over the top with only cap rolling. Pressed into older neutral French oak. Second pick destemmed, plunged and pressed into new oak. Wild yeast completed fermentation. No additions aside from sulphur.
