50 % Fiano and 50 % Pinot Gris. Fiano is an Italian variety that really shines when transformed into an aromatic and textured wine. To fully capture its essence, we embraced a minimalist approach: 90% of the fruit was fermented in older French oak and left on the yeast lees to build texture and weight.

The result? An incredibly aromatic wine that evokes the feeling of freshly made goodness. Expect delightful summer fruit aromas of juicy pineapple and ripe golden delicious apples from the Fiano and exotic florals, lychee & guava from it's combination with Pinot Gris.

On the palate, it offers fantastic flavour and texture. Those delicate summer fruit notes are nicely balanced, with a plush mouthfeel complemented by a lightly drying, refreshing acidity. With excellent length and a satisfying finish, this wine is a true delight to enjoy!
