Babo is the brainchild of Australian born Justin Bubb as well as Sicilian brothers Paul and Luke Saturno that is all build on the philosophy of sourcing the best Italian fruit and producing elegant wines that are focused of being pure, vibrant and textural.

For there Rosato, they sourced Sangiovese from Tuscany on the edge of Chianti which has great soil that brings a lot of texture and crunch to this amazing Rosato.

With deep aroma's of fennel and roses, whilst giving lots of sour cherry on the palate, this is a deeply complex rose that both has juicy fruit, yet dry savoury notes at the same time. A wonderful example of Italian Rosato.
