This means that they don't filter or fine their wines and add very little sulfites during bottling to keep the wines as a pure expression, paying respect to the grapes and how each season has treated them. Sourcing their fruit from some of the best Organic and Biodynamic vineyars in South Australia as well as one special Beaujolais, these fun wines are definately going to be the star of your next gathering.
